Phil was found as stray along with his sister Lil. We believe them to be littermates as they seem to have a special bond with each other. They are getting independent and are not required to be adopted out together.
Phil is an extremely sweet and loveable guy. He absolutely loves to get his belly rubbed and will let you do so as long as you are willing to! He loves going for walks and walks very nicely on his leash. He loves human attention and interaction as even with a large yard to play in, he will usually stay right by your side - hoping for a belly rub or lap to sit on.
Phil is not good with cats as he prefers to "hunt" them. Unfortumately this means his adopter will have to be willing to housebreak him b/c he cannot co-exist with our feline family members. He doesn't do badly with other dogs, but does get a little jealous over sharing our attention with them. He would be best suited to a home as the only dog or to have his sister Lil as his companion.
